Ad Operations Specialist I - HTML, Ad - New Grad
Position : Ad Operations Specialist I - HTML, Ad - New Grad Pay rate: $ 22.00/hr, W2 employment with Kelly IT Resources only. (MUST be able to work with any employer) Location: San Jose, Ca Type: 5 months with possible extension - Contract W2 Requirement: MUST be able to work on W2 employment with Kelly Services . Reference and Background check required. Drug Screen if applicable. MUST be immediately available to go to a face to face interview with a day notice. Travel and relocation package are NOT provided. Qualified Candidates must send resumes ASAP in Word format with the best number to reach you during the day to or call . Responsibilities : • Perform ad operations such as trafficking display ads via an ad server and pulling reports. • Consistently communicate with internal clients and agencies with regards to creative development and trafficking. • Test creative and troubleshoot all problems to assure an effective user experience. • Work closely with internal clients and agency to ensure proper ad tagging. • Help agency and clients trouble shoot campaigns and trafficking. • Choose creative assets and products for newsletters and display creative on a weekly basis. • Maintain merchandising terms.
Requirements: • Knowledge of the creative opportunities and limitations within technical specifications. • Ability to quickly familiarize with brand goals. • Fluency in the online media industry. • Relevant display advertising work including trafficking experience highly desired. • Interest in technology and its application to marketing. • Comfort with business software applications. • Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript, Macromedia Flash and all manner of ad code. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow-up. • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
