We are looking for a top-notch Accounts Receivable Specialist to build a great career at our busy, team-oriented, Phoenix-based office.
In this position you will work with clients all over the country who have placed advertisements in our publications, providing billing and collections in conjunction with our friendly, experienced revenue team. The clients you work with will trust the accuracy of their invoices. You will make good use of your strong interpersonal skills by providing superior service, gaining the appreciation and respect of clients, and maintaining a strong record of on-time payments. Since you will also work frequently with different people throughout the company, you enjoy a team focus, and thrive on fast-paced interactions.
Requirements:
Experience level: 3+ years of billing and collections experience, advertising sales experience a plus Technology requirements: MS Office; Sage CRM and Accpac a plus.
Educational requirements: High school diploma, some college preferred.
