Account Sales Representative
As a worldwide leader in safety and risk management solutions in our markets, Vigil Solutions provides governmental agencies and transportation organizations with leading safety, risk and workflow solutions that improves compliance, reduces accident and complaints, reduces costs and add value to the client originations. We seek a flexible, enthusiastic individual who is familiar with formal sales processes and skilled at managing large complex sales pipelines. Among the duties is this mid-level position are:

Ability to support account plans, sell point solutions and promote enterprise solutions.

Representing Vigil Solutions as the initial company contact with potential customers who have
contacted Vigil Solutions. Follow up and qualify leads per the Vigil Solutions sales process;

Prospect cold calling;

Entering and maintaining information about prospects in the companys Salesforce CRM system;

Attending tradeshow and conferences as a representative of Vigil Solutions;

Visiting prospects in either face-to-face meetings or via conference call;

First level value proposition and product presentations;

Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service
capabilities; overcoming objections;

Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new
applications;

Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions
from accounts.


The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:

Sales experience, including success as an inside sales and/or technology sales experience
Familiarity with and success within the government sales cycle/process
Outstanding customer management skills
Excellent written, oral and online communications and telephone skills and good presentation
skills
Project management
Ability to follow established sales process systematically and to report on customer activity in a
systematic manner
Ability to travel nationally and work flexible hours
Ability to work from home office and manages time, schedules and priorities;
A highly competitive winning attitude and systematic approach to success.
Ability to meet sale goals, prospecting skills and persistence.

This is a salary + commission position.
