DISH Network has an employment opportunity for individuals with energy, intellect, and the need to achieve as an Account Manager for our Latino Market.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Develops and implements Latino strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
Ensure delivery against predefined goals and metrics
Indentifies and grows new and existing retailer base within Latino markets
Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager including planning, evaluating, controlling and tracking against goals, budget, and timetables.
Advises retailers, distributors, and sales staff concerning Latino sales and advertising techniques per specific markets
Support and represent various retailers at local grassroots events, tradeshows, etc., to promote Latino programming
Travel throughout specific region to meet with prospects, current retailers, and Account Managers to discuss Latino updates and sales training
Responsible for Latino retailer development forums within assigned territory’s (retailer participation and training), along with Latino training classes at Team Summit
Prepares periodic reports showing sales initiatives and areas of opportunities for retailer base expansion.
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
Reviews market analysis to help determine current opportunities and customer needs

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; 5+ years related experience
Supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Overall knowledge and understanding of DISH Network programming and promotions.
Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff.
