| Position: Account Manager We are currently seeking an Account Manager / Representative to work within our existing team in continuing business development efforts. The Account Manager will contribute to and / or conduct: * Prospecting for new business/generating leads for new business in new clients * Preparing client presentations * Managing client relationships as required. * Manage client inquiries * Preparation of client reporting if required * Liaising with the Recruitment Department * Assisting recruiters in their search when needed * Conducting general client-related administration. * Working with consultants on issues surrounding contract administration and payroll. Mandatory Skills : -Superior negiotiation and relationship management skills. -Previous experience in technical sales and / or technical staffing account management. -Previous experience in technical recruitment. -Strong understanding of both staffing and information systems. -Strong organizational skills. Nice-to-Have Skills : -Strong team building skills. -MS Office, ATS (Applicant Tracking) and Client Management Systems experience.
