Account Executive - Inside Sales

InnerWorkings, the leading print management firm in the country, is currently hiring Business Development Account Executives to join our Chicago, IL headquarters.
This is NOT a typical inside sales role - we are seeking driven, creative individuals who are looking to be a part of something big! Responsibilities include:
- Establish relationships with marketing and procurement professionals within small to mid size companies by educating them on the benefits of InnerWorkings’ premier service offerings
- Manage your clients full cycle- from appointment setting to deal closing to securing repeat business by providing them with a top quality service that they need at savings they cannot refuse
- Leads are provided, however you are not restricted on territory and are encouraged to build your client base from the ground up by proactively seeking new business
- Consultatively grow client accounts by building exclusivity, ensuring your clients continue to choose InnerWorkings as the one stop solution for all their print and promotional needs
- Partner with our in house print production experts who leverage vast industry knowledge, exceptional market data and our global network of specialized suppliers ensuring client satisfaction 100% of the time
We are a fast growing organization and our positions are in high demand! Requirements for consideration include the following:
- Bachelor Degree
- 2+ years business to business inside (or a mix of inside/ outside) sales experience
- Local candidate (you must be currently living or able to commute to our Chicago, IL office)
- Historical success with growing a book of businesses within a specific amount of time
- Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
