Responsibilities include:
Sourcing
Identify viable client prospects from various sources including: directories, contact lists, databases, leads, internet resources, and personal networking
Recognize and expand on seasonal/market condition trends and related staffing needs
Qualifying
Identify and initiate contact with all authorized hiring decision makers within companies
Secure initial client visit with all qualified prospects
Required Skills:
1-5 yrs general, professional services, B2B, related sales or staffing experience
