The position
HCL Americas is looking for an Account Director in Seattle, WA for one of its key accounts – which represents about $30 - $50 million in revenues, with the goal of doubling the size in next 2-3 years time frame.
The priorities for the role include:
Take complete ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of client engagements and the sales process for reaching the targets assigned to them
Establish a value-based, advisory relationship with the client’s top management, enabling high value engagement to grow the account & meet the defined revenue and profitability goals
Present a unified face of HCL and be the single point of contact for the account from the sales and delivery side, cutting across service lines to establish strategic and effective relationships at various levels within the client’s organization
Interact with Program Managers/Delivery Managers wherever required to ensure quality and the delivery of projects according to schedule
Success will be measured by outstanding customer satisfaction evaluations, balanced product/service portfolio, and profitable revenue growth
