Account Director in Upstate NY (3 hours north of NYC): Effectively leads agency team and manages mid-level clients. Major responsibilities include: Agency team communication and management; strategic and tactical consultation with client; brand champion; facilitating, presenting and selling high-quality deliverables; supporting financial reporting and reconciliation; management and development of direct reports; and new business development. Requirements: 1. Understands pharmaceutical brand barriers, strategic vision and implementation. 2. 7+ years of agency experience with at least 2 years as an account supervisor reporting to a VP. 3.
