The Position:
Park Group Solutions is looking to hire an Account Coordinator to perform a wide-variety of tasks for our production department, including, but not limited to:
Read, review, comprehend and implement various National Automotive Compliance rules and standards
Maintain National Automotive Compliance/Co-op rules and standards both digital and physical archive
Collect/review hard copies of all automotive print advertising (tear sheets)
Collect and review internal and vendor invoices for reconciliation
Compile/submit records for automotive co-op reimbursement
Maintain and correct advertising logs and records for company reference/review
Review/Relay relevant advertising and billing discrepancies internally and with vendors/clients to ensure any discrepancies are properly addressed
Correspond with clients to ensure compliant advertising meets their co-op budget
Reconcile mail list data/ US postal receipts with print logs to verify direct mail drops
Manage office and production supply orders
Vendor and project research
Manage community and pro-bono ventures (ex: internship program)
Create and manage internal and external databases
Generate presentations, reports, and documents
Schedule meetings/appointments and maintain individual and personal calendars
Plus a wide variety of other administrative and clerical duties.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft office and on MAC OS
User knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (ex: Photoshop) a plus
Effective interpersonal communication skills.
Must be a positive and proactive self-motivated individual
Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects, prioritize multiple tasks and meet new challenges with an open mind and an optimistic response.
