Wilen Media is a client-driven marketing agency looking for an energetic Account Coordinator who will work with an Account team in the execution of direct response marketing tactics.
The optimal candidate will clearly convey the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Daily Job Functions include:
Developing a complete understanding of Client products and/or service as well as branding guidelines.
Participating in kick-off meeting at onset of job with Agency team.
Managing the collection of all needed project information both internally and from Client.
Relaying any and all pertinent information to Agency team.
Ensuring timelines are met.
Being a part of the internal proofing process to ensure accuracy and signs off on final press PDFs.
Ensuring accurate data entry.
Performing additional duties that may arise as it pertains to client and/or agency initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Attention to detail is critical.
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a will-do attitude.
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel a must)
Background:
1-2 years Agency experience
or
College graduate with background in Marketing and/or Advertising.
