401K Product Manager
Developing plans and strategies to enhance current 401K products and introducing new retirement services and defined contribution products to generate additional revenue and/or realize operational efficiencies.
Implementing approved products and strategies by coordinating with:
IT
Operations
Finance
Sales
Managing ongoing relationships and negotiations with external partners, monitoring retirement services industry for possible new partners.
Acting as project manager/lead on projects in our 401K product line.
Developing and implementing pricing, positioning, distribution and promotional strategies to increase market share and profitability in close coordination with sales and operations departments.
Representing the company by active participation in retirement services industry associations.
Monitoring competition, identifying and analyzing significant changes. Using constructive thinking and innovative solutions to recognize trends and to develop business plans.
Supervising and training market analysts.
Developing and presenting annual product plans, product enhancements and recommending changes to senior management.
Monitoring ongoing product delivery and service satisfaction. Suggesting ways to improve assessing product enhancements, competitive positioning, and pricing.
BS in Business Administration (Marketing concentration desirable) and a minimum of 8 years business experience including 2 years marketing experience and 2 years management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Companys market and product line and strong verbal and written communication skills/ability to make senior management level presentations a must
