Responsibilities:
Project Coordinator
You're the perfect candidate for this position if you have experience generating prospect-specific new business proposals and working with a creative team. The candidate will need to track activities, contacts and deadlines and keep projects - and teams -moving forward. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a prospect and/or proposal/project database and assisting with assembling customized presentation materials for client meetings. The ability to work independently and be comfortable interfacing with partners and associates is a must.
Qualifications:
Requirements: * 2 years experience in a new business, sales or marketing position at a marketing communications agency * Must possess an eagerness to learn with a positive, team player attitude * Ability to think strategically and proactively * Strong communication and organizational skills * Confident and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office, PPT proficiency is a must * An interest in graphic design is a plus, but not necessary * BA/BS
